Autumn Rituals with Children || Create Meaningful Family Memories this Fall

With the change of seasons and the cooler days I've been thinking of all my favorite Autumn rituals. I've also been curious about how I can start new traditions with my son and create magic for him and lasting memories in each season. I'd love to share some of my ideas for rituals and activities you can try this Fall.

Some ideas for Fall rituals for connection:

  1. Apple picking at Millstone Creek Orchards

2. Picnic time at Oxford Oaks Farms

3. Create a Gratitude Tree

4. Create a Hyggekrog (also known as a cozy “nook,” this could be a fort, reading corner, or special hideaway. Include warm, comfy blankets and grab the whole family to snuggle in your new quiet space.

5. Evening sunset and nature walks

6. An evening ritual just for you: this Golden Chai (caffeine free!)

7. Pumpkin carving and painting (and roasting pumpkin seeds!)

What are your favorite Autumn traditions? I would love to hear!
