With each major milestone we make in Søren's transplant journey, I specifically think of all the people who helped us reach this day. This beautiful mama pictured here is one of them. I can't imagine our journey and time on 5200 without her. She was Søren’s primary nurse and she advocated for Søren and all of us. She loved Søren so well and supported us every step of the way. I am so honored to now be able to love on her sweet baby boy- a healing and beautiful day!
