You might feel pulled in a million directions- emails, texts, calls, expectations, aspirations, stresses, to do lists, things-we-need-for-the-house lists, more likes, more followers, more money, more time.

But when you take a minute to sit back, and breathe- you realize everything you need is in this moment.

We had such a lovely evening at Crabtree Lake at Golden House- dancing, playing, flying a kite. It was the perfect evening to be fully present with those you love most.
